THE GUARANTEED VISION PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND TERMS
A thorough, comprehensive eye exam is essential to establish your baseline and track your progress.
Successful treatment outcomes are determined by objective measurements of your vision and eye health, comparing pre- and post-treatment results.
To maintain eligibility, it's crucial to follow all prescribed instructions, regimens, and attend all required follow-up examinations.
Any additional treatments or procedures needed to enhance your results are complimentary within the 12-month Guaranteed Vision Program period.
Declining a recommended enhancement procedure will void the guarantee.
You can extend and renew your guarantee annually by attending regular comprehensive eye exams every 6 months and adhering to all treatment protocols.
