We value the whole eyecare
experience of our patients
Unlike routine vision screenings, a comprehensive eye exam can assess your visual system and eye health. It allows your doctor to detect serious vision and eye problems so he/she can recommend more diagnostic or specialized eye tests as well as implement early interventions and proper management.
Ortho-K is a non-surgical, alternative to LASIK for patients with myopia and astigmatism. It is recognized as a gold standard for myopia control. It effectively prevents degenerative myopia that may cause retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. Deluxe Orthokeratology has the best Ortho-K technology in the country. It is the safest and most effective Ortho-K lenses. It can be used for children, patients with dry eyes, thin corneas, patients who still have blurred vision even after undergoing LASIK, and even for hyperopic and presbyopic patients.
Low Vision Rehabilitation
Low Vision Rehabilitation is intended for patients who have very poor vision even after interventions like eyeglasses and surgery. Low vision can be caused by an eye disease, injury, or a genetic abnormality. Our doctor may use low vision test charts, and trial of different magnifiers, telescopes, and filters, to maximize residual vision. Results can be used as basis for PWD application.
Vision therapy is a customized vision program to correct strabismus, lazy eye, and learning disabilities. Unlike eyeglasses that only compensate blurred vision, or eye surgery that only alters the eye muscles, vision therapy teaches the visual system to correct itself by stimulating the eye and the brain to properly coordinate with each other. Various devices like special lenses, prisms, filters, computer programs, and special lights can be used during therapy. Take home exercises and regular doctor's visit may be implemented for patients that cannot personally come to the clinic for vision therapy.
Scleral Lens Fitting
RGP and scleral lenses are the gold-standard for vision correction in patients with very high eye grades, severe dry eyes, keratoconus, and other corneal problems. Deluxe RGP and scleral lenses have the highest deposit-resistance, highest oxygen permeability, highest oxygen transmissibility, and the longest replacement schedule, compared to other RGP and scleral lenses.
Primary Eyecare for Eye Emergencies
Primary eye care includes foreign body removal and management of ocular emergencies like chemical burns, cuts and scratches, black eye, or similar eye injuries.
Cataract evaluation involves thorough examination and counselling for cataract patients on surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
Glaucoma evaluation involves thorough examination and counselling for suspect and diagnosed glaucoma patients on surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
Our Complete external eye exam includes a series of anterior segment tests that may include but not limited to the use of special ophthalmic dyes and corneal topography. This is used to ascertain dry eyes, pterygium, conjunctivitis, keratoconus, and other diseases of the external eye.
Our Complete internal eye exam includes a series of posterior segment tests that may include but not limited to intraocular pressure measurement and retinal imaging. Tests can help examine for floaters, diabetic/hypertensive eye disease, macular degeneration, and other diseases of the vitreous and retina.
Pediatric Eye Exam
A pediatric eye exam is performed by an eye doctor specifically trained to manage the unique eye and vision concerns of children like history of prematurity, delayed motor, behavioral, or learning development, frequent eye rubbing, excessive blinking, visual inattention and poor focusing, misalignment of the eyes, and other eye and vision problems common in children.
Strabismus and Amblyopia Evaluation
Amblyopia is very common in children due to undetected vision problems. Amblyopia may lead to strabismus (misalignment of the eyes), and can worsen during adulthood, if it is not corrected immediately. Strabismus and amblyopia evaluation includes the use of prisms, special instruments, different colored lights, and binocular vision testing techniques for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Color Vision Assessment and Correction
We offer Ishihara Test and Farnsworth Lantern Test. We also have color vision correction services to improve color vision awareness. We aim to help our patients pass their color vision tests and achieve their dream jobs.
